     After receiving his bachelor's degree in finance from Loyola College, Mr. Miller attended University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While at the University of Baltimore, Mr. Miller was chosen as the Executive Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review and was elected to the Heuisler Honor Society. In 2006, he was chosen as one of the forty elite lawyers in Maryland by SmartCEO, who made the selection after contacting thousands of Maryland attorneys and asked them to assess whom they believe to be the top attorneys in Maryland.

     Mr. Miller's practice initially focused on the representation of pharmaceutical companies, handling cases around the country for companies such as Bayer and GlaxoSmithKline. His client list includes Michael Strahan of the New York Giants in New Jersey, David Meggett of the New England Patriots in Massachusetts, and victims of the Columbine massacre in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Miller is also a Professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, instructing in Insurance Law and Sports Law. His practice now focuses on representing personal injury clients in Maryland that have been injured as the result of an auto, motorcycle or truck accident, defective product, or by medical malpractice.

     Mr. Miller is a member of the Baltimore City Bar Association, the Prince George's County Bar Association, the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

     Mr. Miller is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States with membership limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements. He has literally written the book on maximizing the value of personal injury cases as the co-author of Insurance Settlements that will published later this year by James Publishing.
