Re: Your Accident of February 17, 2012

Dear Nancy:

Enclosed is a copy of the Complaint we have filed on your behalf in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Maryland.

The next step in your case is to serve the Defendant with the suit papers. Once we have served the Defendant, the Court will issue a Scheduling Order which dictates the pace of your case. I will let you know once the Court has issued the Scheduling Order so that you may have an idea of what to expect in terms of how long your case will take to go to trial. Typically, the actual trial of the case is set about one year after the Defendant has been served. Getting a trial date in a reasonable perioid of time in Baltimore County is not as difficult as it is in other jurisdictions.

Also, I wanted to let you know that I spoke to Dr. Quigley yesterday again. He is very much on board in your case and it certainly seems like you know him well by now and he is very fond of you.

As always, we will keep you advised of all developments throughout the litigation process and look forward to pursuing justice on your behalf.

Please remember that we work for you. If you have any questions or comments, do not hestiate to give me a call.

Very truly yours,
Ronald V. Miller, Jr.
