Maryland Rules | Selected Rules Relating to Personal Injury Cases

Below are some of the Maryland Rules that are applicable to personal injury trial lawyers.
Except for the rule covering wrongful death, these are all procedural rules adopted by the Maryland Court of Appeals to guide trial lawyer on the correct path to bring and defend lawsuits in Circuit Court.  These rules have the force or Maryland law and they are generally enforced zealously by trial judges in Maryland.
