A motorist who <a href=\"\/car-accidents\/more-accident-types-valuing-accidents\/intersection-car-accident\/\">enters an intersection recklessly <\/a>without looking out for traffic is guilty of negligence. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In Maryland, a motorist may be guilty of negligence even though he or she has a green light.
