This is a response to an interesting motion filed by a doctor who was upset that we put her videotaped deposition<\/a> on YouTube.\u00a0 You can find the deposition, our honest description of the case,\u00a0 and a lot of comments about it – here.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We took this motion pretty seriously.\u00a0 Defense lawyers don’t understand what we are doing with these videos.\u00a0 This has nothing to do with marketing our practice. We put these depositions up because they are extremely educational to both victims and lawyers.\u00a0 We have been providing free educational materials for lawyers for over 15 years.\u00a0 To be fair, we offered to put up the defense lawyer’s motion if they send it to us in Microsoft Word.\u00a0 So far, not response but that offer is still out there.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
