The first thing that comes to mind is probably how to use this against him in your case.<\/p>\n<p><strong class=\"heading4\">Admissibility of Defendant\u2019s Prior Acts in Auto Accident Case<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a general rule, a defendant\u2019s prior criminal convictions, auto accident or other \u201cbad acts\u201d are not directly admissible as evidence of negligence in an auto accident case.
