This is a motion we filed on this issue in a case we handled in Oregon. We also have a motion we filed in Maryland <a href=\"\/professional-attorney-information-center\/pre-trial\/sample-motions\/sample-motions-in-limine\/limine-informed-consent\/\">here<\/a> (where we primarily practice).
