P. 30(b)(6).<\/p>\n<p>A Rule 30(b)(6) deposition subpoena is a critical discovery tool used in litigation, particularly in lawsuits involving corporations or other organizations. Under the rule, a party may issue a notice or subpoena that requires an organization to designate one or more representatives to testify on its behalf about specific topics listed in the notice. These representatives must testify about information that is &#8220;known or reasonably available to the organization.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The goal of a 30(b)(6) deposition is to ensure that organizations provide meaningful and comprehensive testimony on specified topics.
