Mr. Malone obtained a HCADRO Order of Transfer and subsequently filed a lawsuit in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Case No. 24-C-20-001314, asserting claims of negligence against Jones HospitalJones and Dr. Hudson maintain that they and their agents and employees, and all other involved physicians, nurses, and hospital employees, provided appropriate care and treatment to Mr. Malone.
