Lawsuits were filed in these cases because the drug&#8217;s maker, GlaxoSmithKline, did not warn women that this drug could cause injuries to their unborn child if taken while pregnant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2024 Zofran Lawsuit Update<\/strong>: Judge F. Dennis Saylor ruled that the FDA would not have allowed a pregnancy warning on Zofran&#8217;s label, citing the FDA&#8217;s recent rejection of a request to add a warning.
