Tiffany A. Cypress
After growing up in Northern Virginia, Tiffany moved to Maryland in 1990 and studied International Business in college. In 1997, Tiffany met and worked with Laura G. Zois for an insurance defense litigation firm. During this time, she became familiar with the policies and procedures used by the insurance industry in determining the merits of plaintiff's cases.
Recruited in 2003 to facilitate in the rapid growth and expansion of Miller & Zois, Tiffany brought to the firm the knowledge she had obtained from working for "the other side." After garnering over 15 years experience as a part-time paralegal, while raising her family, Tiffany became a full-time member of the Miller & Zois team in 2006. As the firm's administrator, she oversees not only the day-to-day business operations of Miller & Zois, but also serves as the assistant to attorney Ronald V. Miller, Jr. on all phases of case management from intake to trial.
Tiffany lives in Howard County with her husband, a retired business consultant and author, and their teenaged daughter. She is active in local, national, and international education and civil rights reforms.
